Layne K. Wolverine # 457
Layne and her former husband Al joined the club over 30 years ago, back in 1987. Layne has held various positions within the club and is currently serving as Membership Secretary. Layne has traveled with the club and attended many WOW events. Layne's hand is one of the first to go up when a volunteer is needed. From organizing a work day at Gleaners to hosting a meeting at her house, she is ready to help out. Layne was recognized in 2016 as The Wolverine Four Wheeler of The Year.
Layne lived in Florida for ten years and was exposed to running the swampy trails there many years ago. Over the course of time she/Al owned 4-wheel drive pickups, a CJ2, a Willys Panel Truck and a 2000 TJ. Layne now owns a 2018 Cherokee Trailhawk which has now seen more OHV miles than 99% of most Cherokees ever will!
