Events
14th Tennessee Mountains Jeep Jamboree
Dates: April 11 - 14, 2018
They continue each year to try some new trails. Six groups will run Waldon’s Ridge (Map point 75). There will be additional groups added to Panther Rock (Map point 51) and Trail 7 will be a completely new trail. The Sand Mine Trail (located in the Upper Cumberland) is one of the best trails east of the Mississippi. Years ago, sand was mined on top of the mountain. When reaching the summit, you will feel like you are on a white sand beach. Some of the mining equipment is still visible.
The cost for their 3-day event includes Wind Rock passes and the out of state WMA permit for Royal Blue's Sand Mine trail. For the $375.00 you will also get 3 catered meals but breakfast and lunch are on your own. We ride the same trails as the Jamboree and with the permit fees ($36.25 Wind Rock & $37.50) of $73.50 would leave you $100.00 per day for dinner only by riding with us instead!
